March 2001 - RonDeux Relocation Services incorporates in the State of California and files for their dba Penn Corporate Relocation Services. The team of Ron & Ron combines more than fifty years of banking/finance and relocation management experience.

April 2001 - Penn Corporate Relocation Services offices and warehousing operations are established in Santa Ana, CA.

January 2003 - South Coast Commercial Division is purchased, doubling the size of Penn's fleet and adding over one million dollars in corporate relocation revenues. Dan Geiger, a principal of South Coast, joins Penn Corporate as Executive Vice President of Sales.

March 2003 - Penn Corporate Relocation Services purchases 41,000 square foot corporate headquarters and warehousing facility in Anaheim, CA, providing for more than 300 secured storage vaults and over 2000 pallet locations for our clients' warehousing needs.
